Compliance inspections are on-going throughout the year.
Compliance reminder letters are being sent to address non-compliant issues. The purpose is to ensure all properties are in compliance with the Protective Covenants and Architectural Guidelines of our community. For instance, weathered mailboxes/posts, algae on siding, roof stains, faded shutters and landscape maintenance (weeds in the grass and borders) are just some of the compliance matters which most often need to be addressed. This is an on-going process and all homes are inspected annually.
The entire community benefits from the cooperation we receive from those who take timely corrective action in response to the letters. Maintaining your property and promptly addressing any compliance matters not only helps to maintain the value of your home and the value of your neighbors’ homes in Pebble Creek, it also reduces the Association’s cost of enforcement.
The Association has the right to hold a hearing and impose charges of $10.00 per day for up to 90 days and suspend privileges for those homes found out of compliance where violations have not been corrected.
We understand that many times homeowners are simply unaware that a problem exists or the inspector may have observed a very temporary situation that will be taken care of shortly. We appreciate your prompt attention to these letters.
