The Via Club at Pebble Creek

The Via Club at Pebble Creek offers an intimate setting for your private events, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, and receptions.

Pebble Creek homeowners may rent the full facility three (3) times per calendar year and may enjoy unlimited use of the dining room portion of the facility, provided it is still available 30 days or less from their desired date.  Homeowners must be current on their HOA assessments in order to rent.  You may call Community Group at 804-270-1800 if you wish to confirm your account is current.  If at anytime prior to the reserved date the assessments are in arrears, the reserved date and deposit check are subject to forfeiture.  The facility is available for your use between 8:00 am and midnight.  Please contact the site office at 804-559-9088 to make reservations.

HOMEOWNER RATES - Full Facility Rental:

Pebble Creek homeowners may rent the full facility three (3) times per calendar year.  The homeowner rate is for immediate family members living at the residence only holding an event for someone living at the residence, otherwise sponsorship rates apply for events for other family members, friends and corporate/sports parties.  Company and for-profit events do not fall under the homeowner rate.  In an effort to keep homeowner dues to a minimum, we ask that you please respect this policy.  If it is determined that the guidelines for the pricing structure have not been adhered to or have been misrepresented (homeowner vs. sponsored rental), then the rental will convert to the same pricing structure as a non-homeowner, guest rental ($1,400.00).







The above rate INCLUDES cleaning.  Homeowners have the option of wiping down and putting away the tables/chairs themselves OR the cleaning staff will do so for an additional $100.00.
*  Last minute set-up rate applies to 2nd day, day before, rentals that are booked the week of the planned event, provided the day before is still available.

HOMEOWNER RATES - Dining Room Rental:

Pebble Creek homeowners may enjoy unlimited use of the dining room portion of the facility, provided it is still available 30 days or less from their desired date.  This portion of the facility is booked on a first-come, first-served basis and calls to book must be at or after 8:00 am at that 30-day mark.  For example, if you are looking to book on August 14th, you may call to check availability and make a reservation no earlier than 8:00 am on July 14th (or on Friday if your date falls on a weekend).  The dining room is for immediate family members living at the residence only holding an event for someone living at the residence, otherwise per hour rental rates apply for events for other family members, friends and corporate/sports parties. Non-Pebble Creek homeowners may contact the site office to book the dining room at per hour rates.  In an effort to keep homeowner dues to a minimum, we ask that you please respect this policy.








The above rate DOES NOT include cleaning.  Homeowners have the option of cleaning themselves or the cleaning staff will do so for an additional $50.00.  The facility MUST be left in rental-ready condition if you opt to do your own cleaning.


SPONSORED RATES - Full Facility Rental:

Pebble Creek homeowners may sponsor a friend/relative to rent the full facility.  Each sponsorship counts as one (1) of the homeowner’s three (3) full rentals allowed per calendar year.  Homeowners must be current, and remain current on their HOA assessments during the reservation period.  They must be present during the event.  Ultimately, the homeowner is responsible for the actions of their sponsored guest.  Homeowners must pay the damage deposit themselves; however, the sponsored renter may pay the rental fee.
